Let’s try something new this Monday… Do you wake up with feeling the anxiety of the grind coming at you like a rolling boulder, then having the experience of driving to war yelling and projecting at other drivers because you are mad at something in your life and can blame it on them under the false premise of them “Cutting me off!” or “Where did you learn to drive asshole!” just for going in front of you in your lane , Or do you spend your subway commute shifting between staring at people judging them, wondering if they are judging you and looking away like you weren’t interested in the first place when they look back at you. Or once you get to work, feeling that you wish it wasn’t the way it is…. Let’s try something new today. Let’s make Mondays and everyday the best day. Or if you enjoy pissing on Mondays, that’s ok too, if so please continue

It’s taken me time, however I’ve made Monday my second Sunday and I love it. Here’s what I’ve done and you can do too: Wake up and focus on feeling good: Make time when I wake up to breath, smile, feel my body where it may be sore and send loving messages to people Do movement first thing in the morning, I always stretch first thing and then I like HIIT or yoga, however do what you love:) Take time to walk outside and feel the sun on my face and get my vibration right to be a light for others One of the most important things is I have 3 only meetings on Mondays and they are all internal with my team to get aligned, in flow and crush. Last week I asked how they felt and they all told me super peaceful and in flow, this made me super happy. I don’t do any external meetings on Mondays, I want to feel at home and be able to be in my pajamas like I would on a Sunday.

Now you may tell me some version of: Well I can’t do that because my industry blah blah blah, or I don’t work for myself so blah blah blah Well you know what? You got yourself into your situation, you can shift, elevate and change it.
