I had a challenging day today...nature nurtures Some based patterns came up around money and I felt frustration, shame and loneliness in a way that I haven't felt in years. I've created a lot of wealth this year however felt the scarcity creeping in today in regards to my level of contribution in the world. I was working from 6 am to 2 pm and loved on my team, business partner and clients, however still felt funky. I decided to use my best trick: To take a nap and sleep it off. I woke up and still felt lonely and kinda grouchy. I had more work to do, as we always do however decided to let it go til tomorrow. I asked my team if that was ok and they lovingly supported me. I decided to surrender to the feelings and be with myself. I asked @maderasdickie where the best hammock was...haha I came to this beautiful spot and just allowed myself to feel the feeling I was resisting Within a few moments I felt better. I was completely in awe of the sunset and natures ability to smooth out our vibration Sending you all the love ️
