Affirmation for the day: Abundance flows from me, to me and through me How does that make you feel? We all want abundance, however consider we often times don't see it when it's right in front of us Are you attached to what Abundance looks like? I found myself to always be coming from a place of scarcity, feeling undeserving and without gratitude for what I had Always looking for what was missing To put it in layman terms: An ungrateful, negative nancy Finish this sentence: Abundance is... Are you only thinking about money? How about the fact that our heart beats without effort all day and night Our lungs breath automagically air that's abundant and free The wealth nature that's giving and welcoming to us in every moment The people in our lives that support us without wanting anything in return Let's take some time to appreciate the abundance in our lives AND look forward to what we are wanting that's coming. It's great to want more, it's even better to also appreciate what we have. As I sat upon Lion's Head today in Cape Town I felt this. In my entire being.
