What was the challenge you had?

I wanted to shift my relationship to eating and exercising. Growing up my family emphasized education and business over body movement, so I carried that mindset into my adulthood. So my daily life prioritized those areas, rather than fitness and health.

Why did you have this challenge?

Now I wanted to create the health balance that we all desire.

What was the outcome you were looking for?

I wanted to create a mindset and process that empowered me to consistently enjoy being aligned in nutrition and fitness, resulting in reducing body fat, increasing muscle mass and healthier every day.

The Solution

What steps did we take to help you with your challenges?

Lifestyle Perfected implemented the Align, Automate, Achieve methodology to understand the blindspots and brain patterns I had in my mindset that were keeping me from achieving fitness at the level I had achieved in finances or with my family life for example.

What was the solution you felt created the shift?

Lifestyle Perfected created a fitness system for me in my calendar, Asana Project Management, combined with a team of experts and state of the art biohacking technology to support me in creating the structure, consistency and enjoyment I wanted in the area of physical health.

I shifted my feelings and beliefs around food and exercise and was able to start making consistent actions towards my goals.

Align: I shifted my mindset around fitness, considering myself an athlete and acting like one. I had a 30% increase in my fitness beliefs and a 40% increase in my level of clarity about my vision and goals.

Automate: I used systems to create consistency in my daily actions with the support of experts and technology. I had a 30% increase in my level of clarity on my effective actions.
