Was an honor and so damn fun leading the Lifestyle Perfected Self Love Experience at DNX Global Conference The intention of the experience is to share your level of Self Love from 1-10, and then increase it by at least 2 points by the completion of the of our time together Everyone increased and one person went from a 5 to a 10️!!! My view is that our love for ourselves creates our experience of life I've gone from doubting my worthiness and ability to love myself and others, to today loving myself fully. It feels amazing and continues to expand my the delicious experience of life Because what's the other option? If we feel the love, we receive in abundance If we block the love, we block abundance Society has us believe that we aren't worthy, we shouldn't fully love ourselves, let's not be arrogant blah blah blah Well here's my view: Love yourself to infinity and back You are a miracle You are fucking awesome You are a gift to yourself and all of us who experience you Look in the mirror each morning and say: I love myself 30-60 seconds and it will feel truer than true Thank you DNX, @marcusmeurer95 and @jackieknechtel for having me Sending all the love ️ #
