We have a new position for a proven Sales Director to join the team immediately. You will be collaborating alongside Corrina to scale our business revenue to multiple 7-figures. The ideal candidate is a self-motivated trainer and sales professional who has the drive to train and lead the sales team to reach epic levels of success.

Specific targets to be reviewed and agreed upon.
1. Produce targets and specific incremental revenue goals each month from all coaching and product sales.
2. Generate a target number of new prospect meetings/proposals/conversations each month with the support of our outreach systems.
3. Lead the sales team to achieve the revenue goals & growing sales from 20 high ticket enrollments to 50 per month.
4. Demonstrate a consistent increase in sales KPIs from our marketing campaigns (e.g., email campaigns, webinars/training, virtual and live events, evergreen funnel) with 18-20% or higher sales conversions.
5. Utilize systems (CRM, Excel, Asana, etc.) to create, measure, automate, and report on all sales KPIs and metrics in Sales meetings & with the leadership team.
6. Recruit sales people & train sales team up from a 3 to 10 person team.
- Streamline sales processes, including being innovative in how to personalize offers, and
creating pipelining & follow up systems so the team FLIES!
- Develop a sales department business plan & strategy that covers sales & projected
revenue and expense controls.
- Set sales targets, oversee the activities and performance of the sales team, track and
report sales goals and results.
- Train the sales team and develop a repeatable training plan to elevate team mindset and
- Build trust and connection with the sales team, through thoughtful gifts, reach outs, and
- Exceed planned sales goals by taking initiative to create incentives that motivate
stronger results month over month.
- Streamline and manage the founders sales tasks.
- Manage sales meetings, including scheduling, agendas, reporting, notes and action
items in the CRM system.
- Demonstrate strong leadership within the company and the sales team.
- Manage sales team schedules, documentation and communicate relevant information.
- Accomplish organizational goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and
different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
- Minimum 7 years of experience in sales.
- 2 + years leadership experience with proven results (example: taken a $1 million dollar
company to $5 million)
- Bachelor Degree or equivalent experience in marketing, coaching, psychology, or related
- Proficient in the use of CRM systems, Zendesk experience is a plus.
- Strong working knowledge of Google Apps and a solid technical background
- Expert client facing / internal communicator with proven skills managing / driving a team
- Solid organizational skills, including attention to detail and very strong leadership
- Takes initiative and highly self-motivated
- Understanding or experience in a startup environment
