In this position, you will be collaborating alongside Hayley, Founder, an inspirational leader with passion and dedication to improving the lives of others.  You will serve as the link between Hayley and our clients. You will need to listen carefully to a client’s needs and figure out ways to achieve their objectives. You will be passionate about building lasting relationships and facilitate the client’s journey through the doTERRA growth plan.

  • Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas.
    1. Appointment set 50% of qualified leads
    2. If they show for the appointment, close goal 25%
    3. Increase appointment show rate to 50%
  • Become an ambassador for the holistic wellness lifestyle and engage daily with knowledge pertaining to doTERRA products and services.


  • Advocate for the products available through doTERRA and connect the contact’s needs and goals to those products in order to generate enrollments on a consistent and continual basis, and appointment setting. 
  • Work closely with Hayley to support and grow her client relationships and add value by recommending new ways to increase retention and improve the client journey and experience, including engaging Hayley in prospect meetings, as needed to close the deal. 
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
  • Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.  
  • Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
  • Prepare reports on account status, with coordinator support.  
  • Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed
  • Take clients through the enrollment process, with coordinator support.
  • Use and update Hubspot CRM, collaboration and Project Management software, such as Slack, Asana.


  • Consumer of the doTERRA products for at least the past 12 months and is in love with the doTERRA product line.  
  • Excellent communication, strategic thinking, and an ability to recognize room for improvement and devise a plan to achieve it. 
  • Access to your own phone, high speed internet and computer.
